Appointments & Rates

$125 per session (55 mins)

I accept all major credit cards, cash, HSA cards and FSA cards.

For individuals wishing to use insurance, I currently accept Cigna, Aetna, Kaiser and Premera. Accepted insurances will be billed through my partnership with Mindful Therapy Group. Please contact them at 425-640-7009, or at FRONTDESK.WA@MINDFULTHERAPYGROUP.COM with any insurance questions or to set up sessions that will be paid through insurance.

In addition to in-person sessions, I also offer secure, confidential, online sessions. I am also happy to meet clients either in my office, or outdoors at one of our local parks. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Finally, please note that requests to change scheduled appointments are not billed if done so with 24 hours or more of notice. Any schedule change requests, cancellations, or missed appointments within 24 hours of our originally scheduled session will be billed the full session rate.
