About Me
Genuine, honest, and easygoing—therapy that doesn’t feel clinical or forced
Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy every moment to be effective. I offer a space where you can be real—without pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
I work with people who are carrying a lot internally—often while still showing up and handling responsibilities on the outside. Together, we make sense of what’s going on underneath and find ways to move forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and flexible. Even in the middle of difficult work, there’s room for lightness, honesty, and real conversation. Clients often find the process more approachable than they expected—while still going deeper than surface-level coping.
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 10 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, grief, depression, and trauma. My work draws from a range of approaches, but more importantly, it’s shaped by paying close attention to what actually helps each person in front of me.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy road trips with my family, playing acoustic guitar, and getting out to live music when I can. I believe having space to be yourself—both in and outside of therapy—is an important part of the process.
If you’re considering reaching out, I know that step isn’t always easy. When you’re ready, I’d be glad to connect and see if this feels like the right fit.
